However, the ReelBee app repeatedly tells me “No active subscription found for this Apple ID” and blocks access unless I subscribe again. I tried using Restore Purchases, but it does nothing. Apple confirms my subscription is active and shows the renewal schedule, yet the app acts as though I never paid. I have also emailed customer support and have received no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a subscription, be locked out of it, and then be ignored when asking for help. A subscription service should, at a minimum, recognize paying customers and provide timely support when something goes wrong. Until ReelBee fixes its purchase restoration system and starts responding to customers, I cannot recommend paying for this app. **Developer response:** Hi, we're really sorry for the frustration this has caused.
