No explanation why, no change to discuss the case fake ai, no support I mentioned my issue before and the developer replied saying what could it be and to contact support. Email support does not have a person, might be AÍ because no matter what I wrote, they copied and paste the same response over and over. And if your account is blocked the game does not open, so no support there either. Again, I was getting money sbut interestingly when I had more than usual, they blocked. Legal remedies are being sought! ### 1/5 — Rigged *2026-03-03, version 1.1.0* It says no purchase necessary, but it won’t let you win past a certain amount. You have to have $35 before withdrawal. I was testing it out and I’ve been playing for a few hours. It refuses to go past $21.99. And this is after I deposited money. It hit 21.99 several times with 6 or 7 free spins left to go and conveniently I didn’t win anything from those spins. Legal remedies are being sought! ### 1/5 — Almost Certainly Rigged, No Customer Support Whatsoever *2026-02-24* The title is pretty self explanatory. If you like getting ripped off and want to have no one to contact about it, this is the app for you. This is on top of bugs that don’t get addressed because their ticket system doesn’t allow for any description of issues. You are expected to communicate your problem in a single screenshot. On the topic of rigged, I will echo other reviews in that it’s very obviously set up to let you win just below the threshold to cash out. I’ve seriously debated starting a log of how many times I reach $0.02 cents below the threshold, only to then spin 50% away and run right back up to the same exact amount, to the penny! I’ve watched it happen 4-5 times within 15 minutes. Twice is a coincidence, statistically speaking it’s near impossible for that to occur 4-5 times in such a short period. The frequency this phenomenon occurs in the long run leaves me certain there are lawyers who would take these cronies to the woodshed with that kind of data. **Developer response:** Dear user, our game is completely legal and compliant. When I tried to withdraw, the transaction failed for incorrect account (???) and when I tried to l fix it” I couldn’t my account was immediately blocked. No explanation. No warning. No working contact form. No support email. I’ve been trying to reach them for two weeks with zero response. I doubt it’s a “security check”. Very convenient. Blocking funds without any way to contact support is unacceptable.
