## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.26.90 — 2026-10-08

This update improves music startup and audiobook listening. Listen opens the selected book’s player with chapters below the controls. It also makes selection controls clearer, adds dates to library notifications, and moves offline photo preview storage controls into Settings.

### 1.26.89 — 2026-10-07

This update brings the latest ReelNest improvements to Watch, Photos, Music, Books, and Files.

• Improved photo browsing, previews, and memories.
• More reliable playback, downloads, and library reconnection.
• Documents and supported files remain available through Files, including the iOS Files app.
• Improved library and server controls.

The unfinished Passwords feature is not offered in this release. Existing stored data is preserved.

### 1.26.40 — 2026-08-13

Fixes audiobooks and music not playing for family members with shared access.

### 1.26.39 — 2026-08-11

Faster, steadier playback.

• Movies and shows start quicker, and titles already prepared for your device play right away.
• Episode pages: tap an episode to see its description, air date and length before you play.
• Series now show how complete they are, and which episodes you are missing.
• Books and audiobooks open faster, and the reader no longer freezes on long books.
• Collections and Series are separate categories, so browsing is easier to follow.
• Clearer messages when something is still preparing, plus accurate progress.
• Fixes for libraries that could appear empty, and for settings that did not save.

### 1.25.95 — 2026-07-25

Books now combine recent Ebook and audiobook activity, with improved reading and listening controls plus an on-device dictionary. Owner tools are simpler: Profile now has one Control Room for library health, ReelNest Connect, People & Access, invitations, and library details. Connection status is clearer when the same library is reached at home or remotely.
