To help us investigate and fix this so you can fully use the app, please contact us at support@reelrise.app. Thank you! ### 2/5 — forced subscription! *2026-06-18, version 1.1.7* i canceled the free trial, and it still charged me a full $37. i used the free three day trial and canceled it before the third day. ### 1/5 — Rip-Off - Extra Credits Even With A Subscription. *2026-06-17* Used this for a couple of days. Some bits have been useful, but most of it you could have asked ChatGPT and got better answers and results from. The videos that it tries to re-edit and ‘improve’ are laughable and will make a mess of your original videos. The worse part is it tries to charge you for extra credits if you try to let it assess more than five of your videos in one week. This is with a Pro Plan(!) exploitative and misleading, because you’re not told this before signing up for the plan. Glad I found out and cancelled in time. At no point did any of my videos go viral or anywhere near it. Even after taking the apps advice on how to ‘improve’ posts. **Developer response:** Thank you for your detailed feedback. And with the new update they’re now asking for more money and applying limits to all actions you’ll use the app for. I downloaded this because I thought it could provide some use the analytical department. Secondly the AI keeps trying to convince me that there is an “improve my video” button that edits the video for you but that was just completely a lie. I emailed the company to no response.
