Оплатила через браузер, в приложение по тому же айди входит в другой акк, который не оплачен … а в браузере вообще ничего нет, 5 видов и все … короче деньги в пустую… такое себе! ВЕРНИТЕ ДЕНЬГИ!!!!! На почту никто не отвечает, теперь я вообще не могу зайти в приложение и не могу отменить подписку !!!! АУУУУУУУ

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте! Пожалуйста, сначала проверьте ваш Apple ID и убедитесь, что в App Store выполнен вход именно в тот аккаунт, с которого была совершена покупка 🙏

Если Apple ID отличается, оплаченная подписка может не отображаться в приложении.

Если аккаунт совпадает, но подписка все равно не появилась, напишите нам на info@achilov.com и приложите чек об оплате обязательно разберемся и поможем.

Из плюсов: много шаблонов для рилс  
Из минусов: все, абсолютно ВСЕ платные и нет возможности их сохранить. Это глупо, ведь при этом разработчики делят шаблоны, которые нужно отдельно докупать после покупки основны, а это выходит достаточно дорого.

Не устанавливайте. Приложение очень сырое. Шаблонов мало, смонтировать под себя нет возможности — все кадры ставятся автоматом и не меняются местами   Титры убрать или изменить вообще нельзя. Никак. Даже не пытайтесь. После монтажа сам видос настолько паршивого качества, что стыдно показывать — очень сильно сжимается автоматически и ничего с этим нельзя сделать. 

Поддержка не отвечает. Просил обнулить подписку и вернуть деньги — полный игнор. 

В общем, это развод. Была гарантия возврата денег, но вернуть за ненужное приложение деньги не получится. А приложение действительно ненужное и самое плохое, что я тестил.

ReelsApp отличается от классических видеоредакторов. Наши шаблоны уже полностью готовы, поэтому кадры расставляются автоматически — вам не нужно монтировать видео вручную.

Что касается качества, если для шаблона с вертикальными кадрами используются горизонтальные фото или видео (или наоборот), приложение автоматически адаптирует их под нужный формат. Из-за этого изображение действительно может выглядеть менее качественным.

Приложение не загружается. С впн, без впн, с вайфай /с сотовой сетью. Никак ! Денег стоит на минутку!!! Открывается раз в год, на красную луну наверное!!!
