## What is ReelTime?

Movie tickets lie. The 7:30 showing doesn't start at 7:30 — it starts after 15 to 25 minutes of trailers and ads, and how many depends on where you're sitting.

ReelTime does the movie math:

• ACTUAL START TIME — enter your showtime, pick your theater chain (AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Alamo, indie), and get the real start time with an honest range.
• ARRIVE BY — the latest you can walk in without missing a frame, plus your snack window.
• OUT BY — pick your movie and ReelTime adds the runtime, so you know when you're back in the parking lot. Dinner reservations and babysitters, handled.
• TRAILER CRYSTAL BALL — see which trailers are actually playing before your movie this week, researched from real preshow reports and refreshed every weekend.
• POST-CREDITS VERDICT — know before the lights come up whether to stay in your seat or beat the traffic.
• SHARE THE PLAN — one tap sends the group chat a ready-made message: "really starts ~7:49, be there by 7:42." Your friends open the link and see the exact same plan.
• 11 THEMES — tap the marquee logo to restyle the whole app: video-store blue, drive-in neon, old-Hollywood gold, and more.

Tapping a friend used to send them nothing but a link. Now the message spells the whole thing out: when to grab popcorn and drinks, when the movie actually starts after the trailers, and when you are back out of the theater.

Also fixed a case where a post-credits scene from one movie could stick to another movie after you changed your pick.

Leave on time. Pick your theater and where you're heading out from, and ReelTime tells you exactly when to walk out the door, accounting for the drive plus the trailers.

New Directions button opens your favorite maps app in one tap.

Your starting point is only ever used to estimate the drive. It's rounded before it leaves your phone, never stored, and never tied to you.
