## What is ReelWork Staff?

ReelWork Staff is the companion app for hospitality and retail employees, managers, and admins rostered through ReelWork.

See your upcoming shifts at a glance, check who else is working, and get notified the moment your roster is published. Need a day off or feeling unwell? Request leave or call in sick directly from the app — no more group chats or phone calls.

For managers and admins, ReelWork Staff makes running the roster simple:
• Build and publish the weekly or monthly schedule
• Track open shifts, sick calls, and shift-change requests in one place
• Approve or decline staff requests with a tap
• Add and manage your team, including roles and availability
• Set coverage rules so open shifts get filled automatically

Stay connected with built-in team chat — channel-based conversations for announcements and department updates, plus direct messages for one-on-one chats with your team.

ReelWork Staff works alongside the ReelWork Employer platform, giving hospitality and retail venues a single, reliable way to manage rosters and communicate with their team.
