## What is ReEntry ADHD?

You had a plan. Then life interrupted. ReEntry ADHD helps you remember where you stopped and return with one small next step.

CAPTURE THE THOUGHT FIRST
Type freely or record a thought. Choose Fill in my fields to turn your words into AI-organized task drafts, then review and edit before saving. Keep a thought as a memory when it does not need to become a task. You can also add tasks yourself.

GIVE TODAY A SMALLER LIST
Choose up to three priorities for Today so you can see what matters now. Keep everyday tasks, promises, and paperwork together, with the context and next step you will need when you return.

FIND A WAY TO START
Having a low-energy day or feeling stuck? Try a smaller starting suggestion and choose one that feels manageable. Use a two- or five-minute launch timer to give the next step a little space, with a chime when time is up.

SAVE WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Before taking a break, type a stopping note or record one and choose Transcribe my note. Review the words and save them as text. Open Where was I? when you return to see your stopping point alongside your saved next step.

LEARN AS YOU GO
A guided walkthrough explains how to capture a thought, choose priorities, start small, and leave yourself a note. Revisit the guide whenever you need a reminder.

MAKE PROGRESS YOUR OWN
Build Momentum for starting, returning, and completing steps. Meet Pip, explore your station, and unlock colorful themes as you progress. Choose Calm, Energetic, or Adventure celebrations, with adjustable motion and haptics.

USE YOUR LANGUAGE
The app interface is available in English, Spanish, French, German, and Brazilian Portuguese. Follow your phone's language or choose a language in the app. Your saved thoughts, tasks, and notes keep their original wording.

KEEP YOUR PROGRESS WITH YOU
Sign in to save tasks, memories, and progress to your account and sync across devices. After signing in, work with previously loaded tasks offline and sync changes when you reconnect.

YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO PROCESS
Recording starts when you choose it. Choosing Fill in my fields or Transcribe my note sends the selected text or recording to our AI service. Review the result before saving. Account deletion is available in the app.

ReEntry is designed around a simple idea: returning is progress.

An internet connection is required for sign-in, cloud sync, transcription, and AI features. Due dates organize tasks; they do not schedule due-date notifications. ReEntry is a productivity tool, not a medical treatment.
