Rees helped me streamline the job searching process by providing me resources and guidance at every stage. It was so easy to use this app to reach out to my career coach with any question and for them to send me resources (articles, templates etc)!
I found the interview prep advice the most helpful, and thanks to Rees I was able to go through each type of interview (with recruiters, hiring managers, case studies etc) with confidence! This led to me landing my dream job at Harry’s!!

The only career advice you’ll ever need
I started using rees when I decided I wanted to change jobs and needed to edit my resume to apply for an opportunity that was quickly expiring. As I was editing, I was able to ask rees to help me refine each bullet point and craft a resume that got me an interview a few days after applying and a job offer soon after that.
rees supported me throughout the process and gave tangible advice I could carry into interviews that ultimately led to my success. I plan on continuing to use rees to track my progress and reach out when I have questions about asking for a raise and promotion. This is an awesome service - don’t miss out!

Great for both specific advice and high level directional guidance
Rees has helped tremendously with outlining my career path, and boosting my confidence. I’m relatively early in my career, so there is a lot that I didn’t know in terms of interviewing best practices and thriving in the workplace. I’m so glad to have rees as a resource and personal career coach!

Honestly, this app is great. it’s pretty simple and straight forward design, and super easy to navigate.
I’m not usually keen on ‘career coaching’ or things like that usually because they seem really out of touch or unrealistic but the Rees career team was actually super helpful.
I originally tried it out from a friend’s suggestion who is using it to get a new job. I’ve been having issues navigating moving up my career path and figured I’d try out the app. The Rees team gave me really solid guidance and ideas on how to navigate conversations with my director, and was always available to chat. They helped me walk through each conversation and step.
I haven’t had to use the templates given yet but they also looked really awesome.
Overall, a lot more helpful than my own grad school’s career center.
