## What is ReesetMe?

ReesetMe helps you work through difficult urges with privacy, compassion, and practical next steps. Choose the habit you want to change, check in honestly, and get a focused reset plan when an urge appears. What you can do: • Track urges, triggers, and what happened without judgment. • Pause with a guided AI coach that adapts to your recovery focus. • Learn from patterns over time through clear, private insights. • Grow a visual progress tree as you practice different choices. • Set gentle reminders that fit your routine. • Keep your recovery data under your control with privacy settings. ReesetMe is designed to support self-reflection and behavior change. It is not a medical service, crisis service, or substitute for professional care. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
