## What is Reeve Field?

Reeve is the field app for landscaping and lawn-care crews — everything a technician needs for the day, on their phone.
Reeve is a companion to the Reeve field-service platform. Sign in with the account your company provides. There are no in-app purchases; Reeve is billed on the web.

  • Start your day fast — a home screen with your shift clock, today's route on a map, and the materials you need to load.
  • Work the schedule in route order — jump to any day and see each stop's time, crew, and status.
  • Open a visit and see it all in one scroll — the customer, why they reached out, the service plan, line items, materials, access notes, and a tap to call.
  • Clock in and out and complete work on site — even with spotty signal; it syncs when you're back online.
  • Handle changes from the field — reschedule a visit, send a re-quote, or text the customer that you're on the way.
  • Stay connected — team messaging, a personal to-do list, and time tracking.

### 2.1 — 2026-08-07

Your schedule is now your whole workday. The time clock lives right on the Schedule screen — start your shift, clock into a visit, and log breaks without switching tabs. The visit you're on expands in place with a running timer. 
Starting and finishing a visit now walks you through the service plan and the work items, so nothing gets missed on site.
Messages and to-dos now share one Inbox. Your hours and pay live together under Time. And adding work on site is faster — search your service catalog by category.

### 2.0 — 2026-07-29

Reeve 2.0 is a top-to-bottom redesign of the field app.
  • A new home screen — a one-tap shift clock with a live timer, today's route on a map, and a "what you need today" list so you load the truck once.
  • A cleaner schedule — a week strip, jump-to-date, and every stop in the office's route order.
  • A redesigned visit screen — one scroll for the customer, the plan, line items, materials, and access notes; start and complete the visit right from the bottom.
  • Do more from the job site — reschedule a visit, send a re-quote, or let the customer know you're on the way.
  • Pull down to refresh any list.
  • You now see visits assigned to you and to your crew.
