## What is Refast?

Refast is an intermittent fasting timer. It does that one thing, and it does not try to be your coach, your diary or your dietician.

FIX IT WHEN YOU FORGET
Forgot to start it last night? Nudge the start back two hours and carry on. Forgot to stop it this morning? Set the end time to when you actually ate. Never timed a fast at all? Add it by hand. This is the thing every other fasting app makes hardest, and it is the reason Refast exists.

WHEREVER YOU LOOK
Your fast runs in the Dynamic Island, on the Lock Screen, on the Home Screen, in StandBy overnight and on your Apple Watch face. Start or end a fast from Control Centre, the Action button or by asking Siri - without opening the app at all.

PAST YOUR GOAL IS STILL PROGRESS
Most timers freeze at 100% and stop telling you anything. Refast keeps counting and tells you how far past your goal you got.

PLANS, NOT PRESCRIPTIONS
14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD are built in, and you can set any length you like. Changing your plan never rewrites a fast you have already finished.

THE NUMBERS, WITHOUT THE SERMON
Streaks that survive the morning, weekly hours, your average fast, and how often you actually reach your goal. No advice about what any of it means - that is between you and your doctor.

Refast is free to download and free to use as a timer, for as long as you like. Refast Plus is a single payment that opens your full history, the detailed trends, saved custom plans and iCloud sync. There is no subscription, no renewal, no account and no advertising, and one purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no account to create and no server of ours for your data to sit on. Everything stays on your device and syncs through your own iCloud. Refast collects nothing.

A NOTE ON SAFETY
Fasting is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking insulin or diabetes medication, under 18, or have a history of disordered eating, please speak to a doctor before you start. Refast is a timer - it is not medical advice and it will not pretend to be.

• A second start reminder for weeks when your schedule flips. Both stay quiet while you are fasting
• New This Week counter, plus a switch to hide streaks entirely if you fast better without one
• Widgets, the Live Activity and the Watch app now respect your text size, and look right in StandBy at night and on tinted Home Screens
• Lots of fixes: multi-day fasts count correctly in trends and streaks, reminders no longer fire mid-fast, and more
