The availability also doesn’t work, it crashed when trying to select the range of date, or just freezes and becomes unresponsive. Forces me to use the desktop version to complete this simple task **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that you have encountered this issue. We have immediately released new version which resolves this issue. Barely functional in use. Heaps of bugs, confusing and unintuitive UI. Often have to restart due to app becoming unresponsive. Sometimes can’t log in. FaceID login doesn’t work. Difficult to see what dates you have put in as available/unavailable. Overall very janky to use. Would not recommend for use. **Developer response:** We have understood your feedback and have been working to improve some of these areas for you. Please keep the feedback coming in. ### 1/5 — Terrible for providers *2026-03-04* Pay rates glitch and revert back, speed slows down so slow it takes 5 mins to load a name. Sometimes you have to refresh to get it to pull names up on grid. It’s cost us 40k + in wages to roster referees extra because of the speed. What going on? **Developer response:** Thankyou for your feedback this was resolved ### 1/5 — Black screen all week *2023-06-24* Me and my son stay logged in to his refbook. I’m the lift to and from work and usually the one to wake him up in time. I haven’t been able to plan which is necessary with a one car/parent household. He still has access. I can’t even get to a log in screen. I have deleted and reinstalled a few times. Tried wifi/data. Seems to be after the last update. Can’t message support as it goes to some weird log in account to do so which looks dodgey after a few days tried it anyway and can’t get through. **Developer response:** Thank-you for your feedback we are currently investigating this specific issue for you. I filled out all my information in setting and the save button doesn’t work. I’m still waiting for tech support to get back. The developers have been fantastic to respond to requests for help and are open to feedback. It is correct because I can log in via web browser. When trying to reset password via app, my email is not even recognised. Received developer response and fix has been released. We have immediately released version 1.9.1 which resolves this issue.
