Bad App, Company Matches
The app is really bad. I was hoping the company behind it Get The Referral would show some humility and help us after a terribly botched onboarding. It’s clear they only care about their money not what happens to the people using their tech.
Terrible App Interface
Completely worthless app from what I’ve experienced. The notification constantly says I have messages from ReBath but there are none. The documents list that is supposed to have all my docs has never been updated/ accessible and all of my messages and abilities to contact my salesperson and support team regarding schedule and installation followup were completely deleted with the latest refer-pro software update (at the most critical point when I needed to reach them). Waste of time and space on my phone and app will be deleted after this review is posted.
