## What is Reffrall?

You already tell your friends about your apartment. Now you can get rewarded for it.

Reffrall is the resident referral app for apartment communities enrolled in the Reffrall program. Verify your address and unit, share your personal referral link, and earn points every time a friend moves through the leasing process.

SHARE IN ONE TAP
Get your own referral code and invite link, then send it through Messages, WhatsApp, email, or your favorite social app. No paper forms, no asking the office if your name got written down.

WATCH EVERY REFERRAL MOVE
The live referral tracker shows exactly where each friend stands: submitted, touring, application, and signed lease. You always know what is happening without chasing anyone down.

EARN AND SPEND POINTS
Your points dashboard keeps a running balance plus a full redemption history. Browse the reward catalog curated by your property management team and see at a glance what is available, coming soon, locked, or not eligible for you.

REDEEM WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
When you cash in points, you can follow the request from pending to approved to fulfilled, so nothing disappears into a black hole. In-app notifications let you know when a referral status changes or a new reward unlocks.

BUILT FOR RESIDENTS ONLY
Address, ZIP, and unit verification keeps the program limited to residents of enrolled communities. Sign in securely with your email, reset your password anytime, and rest easy knowing credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING
Reffrall only works if your apartment community participates in the Reffrall program. If your property is not enrolled, you will not be able to verify your address or earn rewards. Ask your leasing office whether they use Reffrall.

Reward types, point values, eligibility rules, and approval decisions are set by your property management company, not by Reffrall. We provide the app; your community decides what the rewards are and when they are fulfilled.

COMPLETELY FREE
No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. No ads. Reffrall is free for residents, always.

If your community is on Reffrall, download the app, verify your unit, and start sharing your link today. The neighbors you would have recommended anyway might as well pay off.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.10 — 2026-10-22

What's new in 1.0.10:

• Pick your building when you sign up — start typing its name or street and choose it from the list, so small spelling differences can never block you.
• Clearer bilingual message if we can't match your home, now with full instructions in English and Spanish.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-10-16

Bug fixes and improvements: form fields are now easier to read and always show what information belongs in them, on every phone.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-13

Improvements and fixes: the Home screen now shows your chosen reward with its current status, and the notification badge clears as soon as you open the app or read your alerts.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-08

Your Home tab now shows the reward you picked for each friend who moved in: the reward photo, its name, and its current status (Pending review, Approved, On its way, Received). The Rewards earned breakdown shows the same details.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-07

Choose more than one reward: every reward you earn can now be picked from the catalog, and you can pick the same reward again. If a reward is cancelled, you'll see it clearly marked and can choose a replacement right away. Rewards now refresh automatically when there's an update. Push notifications are also more reliable, with a new status row in Profile to check your alerts.
