The topics are so varied and I can always find a relevant meditation to suit whatever is going on in my life to help me to refocus. My only complaint is that when the notification comes up and gives you an inspired suggestion for a certain meditation that day, only to click on it and it not take you straight to that one. There are far too many meditations to locate what they had tempted you with. Other than that, I love this app. They add new meditations regularly - especially after conference. They have a completed button function to keep track of those you’ve listened to, which is very useful given the amount of meditations.
