First time trying this App out on the Pharmacy’s recommendation to expedite processing …useless, still had to call it in! ### 4/5 — Generally good but could be improved *2025-01-12* The app is functional and the prescriptions get filled. Two things that could make it better: 1) Let me have a list of patients (e.g., me, my wife, etc.) so that I can select the person rather than having to type it in each time, and 2) default to the numeric keypad on my phone when entering a prescription number. ### 1/5 — Pharmacy *2024-12-26* My pharmacy shows this as a recommendation to get refills.I downloaded it and put in the phone number and it didn’t even recognize it. What a joke. ### 1/5 — I can’t read the screen *2023-10-03* I can barely read the screen! I tried using on my phone but the font was too small and too light to read. Tried it on my iPad Pro and I can BARELY read what I have typed. Hard to check if I typed the correct Rx. As a medical app you should be ashamed. You also can not look up past medications or information. I would like to see if I had changes in Medication or be able to reorder easier. ### 5/5 — Great App *2023-05-22* My Wide and I have been using this app for over a year. Have not had any problems at all. We have used the same pharmacy since before we started using this app. It is a local pharmacy not a big box store pharmacy. ### 1/5 — Keeps saying not connected to internet *2023-05-22* I am definitely connected to the internet for every other app, not able to use just this app despite several tries.
