I could choose pick up, USPS, or Fed Ex. Now the only options are pick up or courier. I have an iPhone 8s w iOS 11.4 & would like to use USPS. My husband has the very same app but has an Android. He is able to choose pick up, Courier, UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. Hope the developers can somehow fix this issue & edit my review to 5 stars! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bug report email bounces back *2026-03-04, version 4.1.4* Ap shuts down after I hit send. ### 1/5 — Worse than calling *2025-10-15, version 4.1.4* You have to type in the Rx #, look up your pharmacy by phone, enter your birthday, and do this for each rx because you can only send one at a time. There's no login so it doesn't remember you or anything about you like your birthday or last pharmacy used. ### 1/5 — Just use website *2024-09-14, version 4.1.4* Just use the .com site. App doesn’t really work. After using the website for several years I have ended up with a lot of prescriptions that I have filled once or twice and I probably won’t ever use it again but I can’t remove them from my prescription list. I thought I might would be able to do that within the app but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Just found out about this app today. Scanning the barcode sounded very convenient. I tried well over 20-25 times on several of my prescriptions and the best I got was one time it said something to the effect Invalid barcode or something. No box. Just a red line across my screen. App has camera permissions. No luck scanning. I did punch in a number and went the long route and ordered one. But honestly the website is faster and easier to use. UNLESS I’m misunderstanding something on the scanning???? At this point I cannot rate very high. Have sent mssg to support. I have only successfully submitted a request through the app once. It’s easier to use the pharmacy’s phone line. I had to request each medicine individually and that was a chore. I had to enter my birthday multiple times and had no option to save my data.
