My issue is the suggested articles it is giving me. I have a wide range of options to choose from, but mostly it gives me the same sorts of articles on ‘self improvement’. This is great, but I have ticked 17 other interests which are not really coming up at all. Also I asked the function to give me articles on history, and it just has completely ignored it. But the app was so glitchy i ended up hating it. It didn’t load new articles daily, when I asked it to load new ones it didn’t, the recommendations were so bad and I kept trying to teach the algorithm but to no avail ### 1/5 — Awful customer service *2024-09-04* I had to change my rating from a 4 star to a 1. I tried purchasing premium since I enjoyed the app, but all it did was charge my card and I received nothing. No premium and no email to confirm my purchase. I’ve messaged the owner twice on the app with my concern but I got no response. I sent an email, no response. I can’t even cancel this “subscription”, my card is just being charged for no reason with NO way to stop it. The fact that the owner sends a message and an email asking for a five star review but can’t even have good customer service is ridiculous. Gross dude. Let a person settle in first. Aside from that, the app just directs you to external blog posts and articles online. There’s nothing in the app itself other than some graphics that let you know which categories are what. it doesn’t seem to do anything that you can’t do with a simple Google search.
