Worked well for years and now suddenly fails to load data randomly and almost daily, rendering the service useless to me.

Moved after 1 year now to Bloomberg. 

What you don’t get Here is:
Updates when you need. New iPhone models or iPads. 
Absolutely no support for iOS. 
The charts are a joke. 
The app

Horrible app. Total crap. 
Eikon on desk is good. But this app here is far behind from Bloomberg.

The Eikon app is very disappointing. Functionality and speed is unacceptable for an expensive service. List and charts are very slow to load (or do not load at all). Free apps such Stocks and Yahoo Finance have superior performance. Outside news pages you cannot adjust the font size. 

Refinitiv have an issue here...professional investors do spend time away from their terminals and thus require a functioning smartphone app.

Some issues with this app that particularly limit usability:

1. Can you please add the ability to sort lists and portfolios by column. Lists are basically only presented in the ric entry order, which is very limiting. 

2. Push alerts are very spotty. They will work fine for weeks then shut off with no explanation and the reappear days later. Very unreliable. 

3. When operating in delayed mode, the delayed warning on the bottom covers the “show more” option in the alerts list, making it impossible to read though alerts unless you switch to real time. 

4. Please add the ability to pause/unpause alerts from within the app. 

5. Would be nice to be able to access the mp3 version of events from within the app.

Bloomberg has had this for sometime!

На айфоне не все новости в ленте отображаются, в отличие от приложения на андройде.
Цена подписки в 25000$ за 3 месяца делает это приложение практически недоступным для физ.лиц. Но за эти деньги получаешь еще и программу на компьютер - в виде очень мощного информационного терминала, плюс надстройку в эксель с собственными формулами, которые тянут данные непосредственно с Рейтерс.

This would be a great app, but the best feature--the research function--does not work, but instead says "error loading data."  That is the main reason to use this app, thus 1 star.  Would be a 4-5 if they fixed that issue.

Pretty much the only value this app had at this point was the push notifications for alerts. Which appear to have stopped working for a month+ now.

Completely forgotten, and the replacement app (Workspace) hasn’t been updated to include the functionality.  Go with a Bloomberg instead, when you consider what you get, it’s actually cheaper.

Too unreliable to be of any use. Sometimes pages don’t load sometimes buttons don’t work. This is why the industry prefers Bloomberg. For example transcript button does not work/works sporadically. Cannot rely on it.

I tried to log in multiple times, it shows either my login credentials are not correct or i'm not entitled to mobile service. I even tried to reinstall and try again but i still haven't been able to login...even if IT contacted Refinitiv no solutions suggested...

Really really useful app. This is the glue for me to maintain my workflow while on the move. The app was disappointing when I started using it last year, but over the past 6 months I’ve seen tremendous improvements. Especially like the monitors, messenger and absolutely first class market data and news feeds.
