I’ve tried similar journaling/self reflection apps in the past but they felt too tedious. 

This app makes logging your thoughts for the day very easy, quick, and provides a short analysis of your daily reflection. 

Highly recommend.

I didn’t expect to use this as much as I do. It’s not just another Journal app. I can write down something that happened and the Reflect helped me make sense of it without feeling cheesy or overly complicated. The insight are thoughtful, and make me pause for a second very nice app if you are trying to understand yourself a little bit better.
