### 5/5 — You can track anything

*2025-03-15*

This app is a little much for some, but I find it incredibly valuable. It really does allow you a lot more functionality and customizable than any similar options and for that I love it. If you love being able to track anything, this is perfect for you.

### 5/5 — Perfect app for tracking personal experiments

*2025-02-16*

Very intuitive, clean interface. All the data collection is great and easy to see my experiments are working for me or not. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Amazing app for tracking personal progress

*2025-01-17*

Tried other apps, but Reflect is on a different level, it’s super easy to customize my trackers and understand the daily logs and charts. Currently using it to track my tendonitis pain and watching my progress unfold overtime keeps me consistent and excited.

### 5/5 — Amazing.

*2024-12-18*

This app is what I have been seeking for years. It's perfect to quantify your life and objectively be your best self. Download it if you're obsessed with data like I am. You can tell how much effort the devs put in and they're doing great work.

### 5/5 — Great functionality

*2024-10-27*

Very cool app. I can’t figure out how to have the form track the time something was done. Like for example I want to track when I finished dinner everyday, but I don’t see a timestamp or time picker as the value to track in the form. When I go to metrics the recorded value is 0.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the positive review! In regards to your comment about tracking time, currently (as of version 1.64.6) the only way to track when something occurred is to tap the calendar icon when you are on a form’s page recording your metric. For example, if you have a Dinner form with a Yes/No metric for whether or not you had dessert, you can set the date and time that occurred using that date picker button.

We are planning to add timestamp metric types to forms in the near future. Please join our discord channel (https://discord.gg/mqBBGfK8j7) and we’ll keep you up to date and are very happy to answer any questions you have.

### 5/5 — Great for tracking everything

*2024-10-05*

I use it daily. I have 3 forms. I’m still experimenting with what I want to track. I track things from what I eat, activities and mood.

I use the free version.

I back up my data in a json or csv. I hope to do some analysis with it soon. I may even pay for their advanced features.

But right now I don’t honestly know what my goal is with my data.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!!!

*2024-09-15*

This app really has it all. If you’re looking for a way to track things in your life and see them from a scientific data-driven perspective, this is the app you want to get. In my experience, to change one’s own behavior you need to be able to look outside yourself. See your actions as other people might see them. This app really lets you do that. When you see the data, it becomes very clear what’s going on. For example, I sometimes I have a problem going on chess binges late into the night. When using this app, I’ve now learned the variables that indicate a “chess binge danger zone” is at hand. It is remarkable. Also, the developers are super friendly and helpful. Their forum on Discord is a fabulous resource.

### 5/5 — Flexible life tracking

*2024-08-13*

Easily usable life tracking software powerful enough to support active experiments.

### 5/5 — Great app for tracking my ADHD treatment journey

*2024-08-04, version 1.54.0*

I’ve selected various metrics to track while I start ADHD treatment and this app looks like it’ll be a perfect match. I’m tracking mood, activity, nutrition and medication side effects.

### 5/5 — Great tracking application

*2024-06-17*

Very useful in having flexibility in how you would set up what factors you want to track, it is fun to see what the correlative elements are over time, the experiment feature is ideal if you want something objective to test your personal observations of feelings/ activities/ happenings and more.

The dark mode is easy on the eyes. I enjoy the colors.

Im happy that I can control or decide the rating system for each factor I want to track and how often. For instance maybe one element I track as a range while another I can track as a yes/ no. Takes a bit of time to decide personally what to track but a useful app once you know what you want. As a woman I like that I can track everything about my cycle with this- I have to get creative with how I create the factors but it can be done!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App Won't Open

*2024-07-29*

Even after the last update, the app won't even open.

**Developer response:** We were able to reproduce the issue, which was affecting users with iOS 17.4 or older. We have released a fix for this in Reflect version 1.54.0. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

### 1/5 — Crashes immediately on open.

*2024-05-19*

Won’t even open.

**Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We have released a critical update to fix this bug, please download the latest version of the app (1.45.9 or later). As regular users of Reflect ourselves we understand how disruptive this issue was, and deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.

### 3/5 — Used to like this app

*2024-12-03*

I really did like this app. I spent several months tracking all kinds of things so that I could start comparing various metrics. But it seemed with each new update, features that were free suddenly became subscription. The final straw was when I had to delete and download the app, and all my accumulated data and metrics vanished. After that, it just wasn’t worthwhile using it again. If the price drops drastically, I might consider it.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’re very sorry you lost your data. We added an iCloud backup feature to specifically guard against this, so we’d like to know if you had that enabled or were unaware of it being an option.

If you’re open to it, we’d really like to learn more about the specifics of your experience and have a conversation with you. We can be reached at contact@ntl.ai

### 5/5 — Helpful for medication management

*2026-07-05*

I love that I can configure it to take exactly the data I want to track both positive and negative effects and degree of impact on my day to day function. It has made it easier to be sure when a medication is or isn’t working well enough to continue, so my doctor and I can try the next thing. Much better than relying on subjective memory of if I felt better or not. When you’re depressed, sometimes identifying “better” means tracking how many days you showered in a week, and how many hours you slept. This is a versatile enough app that with a little time put into configuring it, I can be very precise in what I want to track.

### 5/5 — Bug

*2026-05-20*

When attempting to go back and add occurrences over a month in the past, the page will jump back to the top preventing me from adding anymore entries.

**Developer response:** Thank you for alerting us to this bug! We have released a fix for it in version 1.110.0 which is now available for download in the App Store. Feel free to contact us directly via email at contact@ntl.ai if you encounter any other issues with Reflect!

### 5/5 — Best app for self-improvement

*2026-04-09, version 1.107.7*

This is probably the best self-improvement app for people who are serious about improving their lives. The graphing capabilities and Insights feature (allows you to look at correlations between things you’re tracking) are second to none. The developers are constantly improving the app and implement feedback extremely well. Get it if you’ve been underwhelmed with the tracking capabilities of the apps you’ve tried so far

### 5/5 — So glad I found this app!

*2026-01-06*

Reflect is an endlessly customizable system that lets you design your own metrics to track, or pull them from wearables. It visualizes them and spots anomalies. You can set goals, look at correlations and run experiments. I love how privacy focused it is and the developers are incredibly responsive to feedback so the app keeps getting better. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — So happy I found this app!

*2026-01-06*

Reflect is really a special app. It's an endlessly customizable system that allows you to input a wide variety of metrics, visualize them, set and follow goals with reminders, spot correlations or anomolies. You can also create and track your own experiments. It's also very privacy focused and the developers are incredibly responsive, so it keeps getting better!

### 5/5 — Good balance of customization with ease of use

*2025-08-18*

This app is definitely worth the money. Very simple and straightforward, and balances customization with everything being simple and intuitive. Lots of features I’d love to see added, but it does the basics in a really clear way, which is what I was looking for.

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2025-07-07*

Very simple and easy to use. I really appreciate how adaptable it is and the amount of customizations.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Really liking this app

*2025-06-05*

Reflect is one of the most customizable habit and tracking apps I’ve used. I really appreciate the variety of ways it lets you view your data — timelines, charts, streaks, logs — it’s flexible without being overwhelming. Great for someone who wants to actually use their data, not just collect it.

That said, I think it could use a visual refresh. The current logo feels a bit out of place compared to the polish in the rest of the app.

### 5/5 — Really liking this app

*2025-06-01*

Very customizable, lots of different ways of looking at the data which I appreciate.

Needs a new logo imo.

### 5/5 — Love it! And they listing to the user’s feedback!

*2025-05-03*

As an entrepreneur- it’s important for me to have data, so I can make decisions. I’ve using Excel before which honestly work great too, but I was not able to track it using my phone and it took more of my time then it’s right with Reflect. I’m tracking my wake up time, bed time, sport, supplements and everything that I want - so really recommend this app. BUT the best thing is that I provided team with a feedback that it will be much easier to switch “time” metric to similar UI as in IPhone, so you can just scroll. And in a few weeks - it’s done! I mean, I guess this suggestion wasn’t coming just from me and they probably been working on it even before my feedback but still! It’s great to know that you can provide the feedback and team will actually listen to you!
