I’m grateful for this app. When I’m experiencing emotional overwhelm it’s consistently helped me to untangle my situation and then helped me to return to a more centered state. It exhibits a light touch. It doesn’t ask me too much, it doesn’t tell me too much. It asks helpful questions that help me refocus. And it provides the right amount of empathy. I feel heard without feeling like it’s a pity party on my behalf. Moreover, it doesn’t feel like it is replacing human contact or conversation for me. I use it sparingly, when I’ve hit a “wall” and feel stuck emotionally. it’s helped me be prepared to share my feelings in such a way that I don’t get lost in them but am better at responding to the other person’s thoughts and feelings.
Ai is such a brave new world, and it does scare me, but from what I can tell this app seems like it’s really serving a helpful role.

I enjoy using this app to talk through problems and decisions. The responses don’t try to give advice or tell you what to do — they mostly reflect back what you’re saying, which actually helps you see things more clearly. It’s simple, calm, and surprisingly helpful when you have something on your mind.
