This app, ✨ is amazing. Typically use paper and pen to write; and wonder what about the entry makes sense.
 “Reflection Space”, the immediate feedback of follow up, instigates the genuine clarity of understanding. 
I’ve already shared this experience (Reflection Space) with anyone who shows interest in self care and understanding the journey.
