Finally a mental health app that actually helps people day-to-day! Most apps promise one thing: more scrolling, more consuming, more swiping, more buying. Reflections doesn’t promise that but what it does promise is moving inward, developing a positive narrative of your own life, and thus promoting personal resilience. Definitely a creative idea and app that I’ll be using everyday!

I have tried multiple journaling apps before but this is downright the BEST! I love how i get to see a new chapter at the end of 5 days. It makes me want to keep journaling.

This app is amazing! I use it everyday to pen what happened during the day. The app creates personal milestones for me based on my experience of the day. I can see my mood improving from one day to the next. I like that it creates a comic out of my experiences. This helps me improve my outlook as if I am the protagonist. Recommend this to everyone!

Usually everyday journaling bores me after the initial motivation dies down. But using Reflections, has been a game changer. I journal my day to day life, the good, the bad, the mundane and this turns it into the awesome comics. Lowkey makes me excited to log my day, so that I can read through the comics of my life. Absolute habit builder for me :)
