## What is Reflections?

You make hundreds of decisions a year. You can name maybe five. Reflections captures the rest, then shows you the pattern you cannot see from inside it.

For every level of management, from team lead to CEO: a data-driven mirror of your own decision patterns, blind spots and behavioral trends.

Executive: first month free. Full English and Turkish interface, plus voice capture in any language.

LOG DECISIONS BY VOICE OR TEXT
Record any business decision in under 60 seconds. Speak naturally and AI structures the entry: title, context, category, difficulty, stress, confidence, emotion, energy, reversibility, time of day, and a prediction letter to your future self. Voice works in any language through automatic detection. What you say comes first; emotion, energy or stress you do not state are estimated from your tone of voice, labelled and editable. Tone analysis can be turned off.

9 DECISION CATEGORIES
Operations, People, Financial, Client, Compliance, Conflict, Hire-Fire, Strategy, and Personal. Every decision is classified and scored over time, so you see exactly where you lead well and where you need growth.

CHECK IN AND CALIBRATE
Score your past decisions at scheduled intervals, starting the very next day. Compare your original prediction against the actual outcome. Reflections calculates calibration accuracy, showing where you overestimate and where you underestimate your own judgment.

AI-POWERED PATTERN REPORTS
26 executive reports a year: biweekly digests, quarterly analysis, a half-yearly review and an annual decision profile, with charts, ranked patterns and measurable recommendations. Each report builds on the last, checks earlier recommendations and, once a year, compares your years. Pattern figures are checked against your data.

EXECUTIVE ANALYTICS DASHBOARD
Interactive charts from Category Performance, Stress vs Outcome and Calibration to Decision Velocity, Time of Day, Emotional State and Reversibility (one-way vs two-way doors). Filter by 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or specific calendar years.

REAL-TIME PATTERN DETECTION
After a save, once check-ins are scored: stress links, category strengths, streaks, gaps.

TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS
Decisions with multiple check-ins reveal their trajectory shape: Rising, V-Recovery, Declining, Flat or Volatile. Cross-reference with category, stress, and difficulty to find root causes.

TWO TIERS
Free: unlimited text logging, 3 voice entries per month, up to 4 basic reports per year, and 3 check-ins per decision (Next Day, 6 months, 12 months).

Executive: up to 150 voice captures per month, 26 AI reports a year, 13 check-ins per decision (Next Day plus monthly through month 12) with trajectory tracking, the full analytics dashboard, and on-demand reports.

ENTERPRISE-GRADE SECURITY
Sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft. App Check and per-user data isolation. Voice audio processed in memory only, never stored. Immutable consent audit trail. On-demand data export (JSON) and in-app account deletion (right to erasure). GDPR, KVKK, and PDPA compliant, with AI processing kept in the EU region.

Reflections exists to improve decision making: the hour you decide worst, the category you overrate, the stress level that costs you. Things you can actually change.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Executive is an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $76.99 per year (prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. • Optimized for iPhone Duo: full-width layouts on the inner and outer display, and a smooth transition when you fold or unfold.
• Forms and sheets stay above the on-screen keyboard and scroll to the field you are typing in.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-23

• Sign in with Apple now joins your existing account if you first signed in with Google or Microsoft using the same e-mail.
• Manage Subscription opens this app's own subscription.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-18

• Turkish wording fixes in Learn and in the Ecosystem list.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-16

• Calmer, clearer screens: Insights, History, Analytics and Learn redesigned.
• Report archive: every report in one tree, aligned by report type.
• History period filter: from the last 7 days to 12 months.
• Simpler charts; colour shows the same score scale everywhere.
• Reports read better on phones; decision tables appear as cards.
• The annual review PDF now has a white, print-friendly cover.
• Offline check-ins save on the device without hanging and sync when you are back online.
• Accessibility and contrast improvements, larger tap targets.
• New first start: one 'First step' card on Home instead of pop-ups; Setup Guide, tour and welcome are in the profile menu.
• Learn is now a Knowledge Center with clear sections and one Plans & limits table.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-11

• Report a problem with a report: a link at the bottom of every report sends a short note to STRASYS.
• Pattern confidence labels now follow the engine's measured evidence (High only for strong evidence).
• If your subscription is active in the other store, the paywall says so and does not sell a second one.
• Restore now tells you when a subscription belongs to another Reflections account.
• The Setup Guide closes for good with one tap and closes itself when every step is done.
• The upgrade crown sits first in the header, left of the permanent buttons.
• Clearer privacy texts: what is kept after deletion, backups up to 35 days, audio handling.
• Billing, sign-in and account deletion are more reliable; older iPhones (iOS 15) render reports correctly.
• If an export cannot reach the server, Settings now says the file is partial.
• A decision saved offline and later refused keeps its text; open Log to restore it.
