### 2/5 — Bello ma…

*2023-07-09, version 1.0.1*

Bello, vario e lungo, peccato che in varie scene rallenta di brutto e diventa molto fastidioso. Se potete migliorarlo, grazie

### 3/5 — It was weird

*2021-06-01, version 1.0.1*

And hard to follow. Glad it was done

### 2/5 — Aspect Ratio

*2021-01-21, version 1.0.1*

I think Big Fish do a terrible job porting these games to ipad. The aspect ratio is so bad I would never buy this game.

Up your standards BigFish. No one downloads these for desktops anymore. Concentrate on mobile. Your prices are way to high as well.

### 2/5 — Images too small!

*2020-06-16, version 1.0.1*

Some of the look and fine images were really hard to find. I also noticed that anything that was found and placed in the inventory it only told you what they were when you found them.... if you tap or hold on the item it wouldn’t tell you what it is again. This made it difficulty when you had a lot of stuff in your inventory and trying to put where they needed to go.

### 4/5 — Excellent game but runs a bit slow

*2020-06-05, version 1.0.1*

This was a really good puzzle game. Most of the puzzles were really different to the stock standard puzzle adventure hidden object games, which was good.
It was really long so you got a lot of gameplay.
There was one repetitive puzzle involving placing pieces in a book that got old quickly, but the biggest issue was that it ran slowly. Zoom ins on a screen were slow to zoom in and zoom out again, making gameplay slow.
But otherwise this was excellent. I liked the complexity, and I liked that there were a lot of unusual achievements to collect, again not just the standard ones.

### 3/5 — Too short

*2020-03-22, version 1.0.1*

Too short

### 4/5 — Good, but...

*2018-10-13, version 1.0.1*

Inventory items are not named except when when first collected. Shards are sometimes behind other game elements like the inventory bar or the owl making them nearly impossible to find.

### 4/5 — An unusual game

*2018-08-21, version 1.0.1*

This was a very long game including a bonus chapter and a hidden chapter. I play a lot of these games and I did find this quite hard to follow, the map was good but I did find I needed the hint button quite a lot, not a game for a beginner though. The inventory items once given did not name them so you had to have a good memory, a lot of the puzzles were quite difficult and I had to skip some which I don’t like to do, the shards were very hard to find but you could get them at the end which I needed the hint button because they were well hidden but liked the fact that they then became a puzzle. By the end I was getting fed up with it which is why I deducted a star.

### 4/5 — Reasonably good

*2018-08-16, version 1.0.1*

Didn’t find the game to have problems with graphics everything clear. What I am finding is that some of the puzzles are not working and have had to use the skip button.
Apart from that the game is playing well, I thought at one point the game had ended only to find I had to continue on. Still playing as it is a long game.

### 3/5 — Not GrandMa’s best

*2018-08-14, version 1.0.1*

Confusing. The story line is not intuitive, especially the bonus chapter. I quit in the middle. Very nice HO scenes. Mini game instructions very poor. The clock ring added nothing, except to prolong game. Nice visuals and music.

### 3/5 — Really wanted to love this game

*2018-08-12, version 1.0.1*

This game had a lot going for it but it missed the mark. The interface is, at times, frustrating but I did enjoy the unique aspects of the game. It had puzzles and interactions I haven’t seen in other games. I loved the graphics and the shards that you need to find in each scene. Where this game really lost stars for me was the storyline. The premise of the story is really intriguing but it’s almost like they tried to pack too many sub stories into the main story. Instead of being lost in the storyline I found myself struggling to keep up when it shot off on another tangent. It’s frustrating to me because this had the potential to be a REALLY good game if they had tweaked just a few things.

### 2/5 — ☹️

*2018-08-11, version 1.0.1*

Game play was jumpy and I found myself pressing the hint button all the time the story didn’t flow well. Was pleased when it finished.

### 4/5 — Equilibrium

*2018-08-07, version 1.0.1*

I like this game but the scenes are very busy and I find it difficult at times to know what I am looking at or what I am supposed to do. If it weren’t for the hint button I doubt I’d get through it.

### 4/5 — Lots of hours of play time with innovative games

*2018-08-05, version 1.0.1*

The goods: The best thing about this offering from Grandma is that it is very long; a great bargain! The second best thing is the variety of mini games with several levels of difficulty. There was only one game (the very last one) I had to skip, but that might have been more due to fatigue from all the gameplay than to difficulty. I also liked the storyline enough to keep me engaged though it wasn’t greatly original. The graphics were beautiful with lots of little details (a plane flying through distant skies, a super-charged bunny, facial expressions in floating objects), the environmental sounds were delightful, and this game also had all the conveniences of the teleporting map with active areas, marked interactive objects, collectibles count track, etc.

The not-so-goods: Those shards! They are indeed very hard to find at times, though I have to admit that once I got the hang of it, I enjoyed the challenge. There was one occasion where the shard was actually hidden by the inventory panel (I had to complete that one after the game end) and being up for the challenge meant I spent way too much time looking for it before finally giving up. Which brings me to the technical issues... tap motion was slightly off at times; towards the end of the main game the screen would go dark for way too long (more than 10 seconds, leading me to think it was crashing) during transition of locations/scenes; some slow-motion issues with cutscenes; and objects either partially hidden or too close to the edge of the screen making interaction difficult and causing you to accidentally leave a location. The back-and-forth and the lack of inventory labels were minor irritations.

Because the issues and irritations were minor compared to the enjoyment I got out of playing this game, I’m giving it 4 solid stars.

### 3/5 — Disappointed

*2018-08-05, version 1.0.1*

I am a very avid player of this genre of game and always purchase the new releases on Monday and Thursdays. Even if the game isn’t the best, I can often play it regardless as a nice time waster. I was disappointed that no new game was available Monday, then Big Fish releases a game from 2015, marked as new and slaps their high price tag on it. The game itself was wonderful for the particular time it was made aside from the slew of technical issues. But now it felt super dated and boring. First time i did not purchase the full game in as long as I can remember. Do better Big Fish, do better

### 4/5 — Lost progress issues

*2018-08-01, version 1.0.1*

Lost a few steps of progress multiple times when reopening the game; Otherwise would have been a 5-star game. Very long gameplay.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Letztes Update vor 2 Jahren????😱nicht spielbar!!

*2020-08-13, version 1.0.1*

### 1/5 — BFG Flop!!

*2019-03-04, version 1.0.1*

The scenarios are senseless. Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2018-08-02, version 1.0.1*

Every time I try to place the acrobat, it crashes. Actually, every time I touch the acrobat. So, I can’t go any further in the game. This was a huge waste of money and I do NOT recommend this game.

Furthermore, everything was just too...busy. There was a lot going on in every scene with colors, flowers, etc. I never knew where to look. It was a bit distracting.

The shards were pretty impossible to the point where it wasn’t fun to search anymore. It was just tedious and a waste of time.

### 1/5 — Before I buy.....

*2018-07-31, version 1.0.1*

.....has this game been fixed??

### 1/5 — Wrong aspect ratio - again!

*2018-07-30, version 1.0.1*

Game looks good but dreadful on iPad as aspect ratio wrong, again. This is not the first time - does BF even care? Obviously not!

### 1/5 — Tedious

*2018-07-29, version 1.0.1*

No labels on inventory, shards impossible to find, puzzle instructions were vague. I don’t think I’ve ever skipped as many puzzles in all my previous games as I did in this one. I even used the guide(something I never do) for the ring puzzle and even that didn’t explain how to do it. The graphics were too busy and monochromatic. I’m sorry I bought it. I didn’t even want to finish it.

### 1/5 — Unbalanced

*2018-07-29, version 1.0.1*

Reviewer Zan hit the mark. Graphics are blurry and the game feels very dated. I played through until the final scenes with demons and spines and bones-- too much--just to spread out a poor plot. Like other reviewers, I am usually a fan of Grandma's work, but like Zan, I returned to an "older" game to check it out. That older game seems new. As MY grandma might say, I think we have been hornswoggled.
Please, BF, give us our due, truly new games at least twice a week and not just filler. You know we will buy them and spread the word! Again, I have been an loyal player of all your games since 2012, so can we have some more MCF or Surface (my 1st BF game) or that lovely Donna Brave--essentially games that have it all-- eye candy graphics, great music, intricate puzzles, and collectibles with wit and humor.

Really? Barely visible jewels against a muddy backdrop?

My true rating is 1.5. No desire to complete game.

### 1/5 — Images are stretched out

*2018-07-29, version 1.0.1*

Can’t play as the images all stretched out on the iPad. Obviously an old iPhone game poorest readapted for bigger screens. Squished and stretched screen. Don’t waste your money

### 1/5 — Boring and Frustrating

*2018-07-28, version 1.0.1*

My favorite thing to do is to locate hidden objects and play HOPs. I usually can ignore the plot (fantasy games), but not this time. Almost impossible to find the hidden shards. Inventory items are not labeled once found. Not linear. The only positive is that the refresh rate is fast at 10 seconds.

I deleted this game after only playing for about an hour. Another wasted $3.99!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing Graphics & story. Colors are amazing.

*2023-06-24, version 1.0.1*

Thank you so much from a game player - have MS but these stories make me forget everything that ails me.

### 5/5 — Big fish

*2021-06-15, version 1.0.1*

I love it

### 5/5 — Auch von mir großes Lob

*2019-03-11, version 1.0.1*

Ben fatto

### 5/5 — Fantastic, long game.

*2019-01-06, version 1.0.1*

Took a long time to complete but didn’t get boring as there was a really good mix of different types of puzzles in it. Excellent graphics too. Highly recommend it. Will be looking out for other games from this developer.

### 5/5 — Brilliant!!!

*2018-09-06, version 1.0.1*

Please make more like this!! Lots and lots of puzzles, and they were really unique as well! I mean seriously, most I had never seen before. I loved the one with the interlocking rings, in which you have to logically maneuver colored balls into the center. Not many HOS, which I’m okay with, and you do each one twice. The mirror/rune thing was a little trite, but way better than just — find amulet, insert amulet, repeat. I had no technical difficulties at all.
The game is lengthy; I didn’t get the achievement for completing the main game in six hours! Like when do we ever have a game nowadays that takes more than two hours including the bonus?? I played this game over three days, lots of bang for your buck. I may be in the minority, but I liked finding the shards. Yes, they are hard to find, (at least the blue ones are), but that’s why I liked it, I love a challenge! It helps if you realize that there are always one blue, one green, and one purple in each scene. If you get stuck or frustrated, the guide shows you the location of every shard. And after you finish the entire game you can go back and collect any missing shards, which then unlock a “hidden” chapter, which is just an interactive HOS.
The only issue, and it’s minor, is that twice part of the text was covered up by the top of the inventory bar. This did not affect the game in any way, so I did not deduct any stars for that.
Verdict: if you love puzzles, then this game is for you!! Thank you GrandMa Studios!!

### 5/5 — Reflections of life Equilibrium

*2018-08-30, version 1.0.1*

This game has driven me mad. I continued to play as I like the game but it still has lots of bugs to fix.
Every time you try to put something into a slot or over something it takes about 10 tries before it works it’s so infuriating. Even after using the hint button to see if I have the right piece.
Please fix it because at the moment it’s not worth 6.99.
I have lots of hidden object games &it’s a lot of money for a pensioner. JS

### 5/5 — Best game for a while!

*2018-08-18, version 1.0.1*

Lovely graphics, loads of games within games, opportunity to find missed shards afterwards and nice little extra bonus game at the end. Thanks devs, great job :)

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2018-08-14, version 1.0.1*

Loved this game even though I found some of the puzzles a bit difficult nice and long and great graphics

### 5/5 — Nice and long

*2018-08-02, version 1.0.1*

No glitches, no problems. Interesting characters and story.
