I bought a ReflexDAO device and downloaded this app. There are zero instructions on how to use the device- it just says when you're ready to go to sleep, "start a recording." How? I managed to turn it on and can tell it found a heartbeat (according to the brief printed instructions that came with the device), but that's as far as I can get.

It's essentially a wasted $200 for a device I can't return it (there's no communication with the company after your purchase goes through online) and the app is one of the worst I've seen in over a decade. 

I should have researched the product and app better before buying, so I suggest doing so if you are intrigued by what it can do. As for me, it does nothing and never will, so I'll stick to my dependable Oura ring and Apple watch.
