Reflex offers the following subscription option for unlimited use per period:
* 1 month: $39.99 (USD)
* 1 year: $399.99 (USD)

This price applies to United States residents. Prices may vary in other countries respecting your local currency exchange rate. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account. At the end of the term, unless auto-renewables subscriptions are disabled, your subscription will automatically renew in your iTunes account. You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.

There is NO excuse that you can explain of how expensive this is. As a business person, I understand how everything goes, but you business model is expensive and should investigated on where this money goes and how it’s been use for investment. I suggest to re-think about this, this business model NEEDS to be monitored on the inflation.

The same technology in its hardware form is 10 to 20 times more expensive than Reflex. Unlike other medical software, we're able to list our technology on the iOS App Store so you can download it directly from a secure provider without the hassle of getting the software in some other manner. We do our absolute best to price as low as we can so we can continue to operate. Plus, we offer a no commitment two-week free trial so you can be certain with Reflex before you buy. App is useful but the subscription is ludicrously overpriced. Hope you rethink your business model

For reference, the minimum price for hardware that accomplishes the same task as Reflex starts at $9,000 and requires purchasing one-time-use eye guards. Our most expensive license is just 13% of the minimum hardware cost and gives you unlimited testing with remote testing capabilities for your patients, online data trending and exportation. We also provide a 14-day, no commitment, free trial so you can be certain with Reflex before you buy. Hello. I tried contacting you through the store but it won’t let me send the message. We will not be purchasing the app. I have no ability to cancel the free subscription. I do not want this app. I’m worried we will be charged.
