## What is Reflex?

Your brain takes about 250 ms to turn a flash of light into a tap. F1 drivers do it in under 200. Reflex is a reaction trainer built to close that gap.

Every session is timed in milliseconds. Every result is graded against a motorsport-calibrated tier system — from Lightning under 170 ms to Back of Grid above 320 ms — so you always know where you stand and what to beat next.

FOUR GAME MODES

• Lights Out — The classic starting-light sequence. Five lights on. All out. Tap. One false start ends the run.
• Simple — A single cue, a single tap. The purest measure of your reaction time.
• Batak — 12 glowing targets. Hit them as fast as they appear. Three sub-modes: fixed time, target count, endurance.
• Peripheral — Green dots at the edge of your vision, red distractors trying to fool you. Four difficulty levels train the full field of view.

TRAIN LIKE A PRO

Focus under pressure. Sharpen hand-eye coordination. Extend your peripheral vision. Build the reflexes that separate a podium from the back of the grid — one tap at a time.

MOTORSPORT-CALIBRATED TIERS

• Lightning — Under 170 ms. Barely human.
• F1 Driver — 170–210 ms. Professional racing reflexes.
• Podium — 210–250 ms. You'd be on the rostrum.
• Points Finish — 250–280 ms. Solid reflexes.
• Midfield — 280–320 ms. Average human.
• Back of Grid — Above 320 ms. You'll beat this.

PROGRESS THAT STICKS

• Personal bests per mode.
• Daily streak tracking.
• 8 Game Center leaderboards and 15 achievements.
• Per-mode stats, accuracy, median and best reaction times.
• A chart of your progress over every session you play.
