I am a mental health counselor and am blown away by this! Access to so much free education including introduction to DBT therapeutic exercises, affirmations, meditations, reflective questions and journaling ability!! - I will be buying the full version, but I am thankful for how much is able to be accessed for free for my clients. Thank you!!
