## What is Reform?

Reform is a private space to follow through on quitting something you've decided you're done with — built for the moments in between, not just the decision itself. Requires a Reform Premium subscription.

BLOCK
Reform blocks the apps and websites you don't want easy access to, right on your device, using Apple's Screen Time frameworks — no separate server, nothing leaves your phone. Lockdown Mode locks blocking on, so a bad moment can't undo it.

FIGHT BACK
The moment an urge hits, you're not on your own. A dedicated screen is one tap away, built for exactly that moment. Every urge you resist gets counted, right alongside your streak.

UNDERSTAND
Reform tracks what triggers you and when — so patterns you couldn't see before become obvious, and something you can actually plan around.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no login, nothing shared. Your journal, streak, and check-ins are stored only on your device. We never see them.

Reform requires an active subscription to use. All features — content blocking, urge support, trigger insights, and progress tracking — are part of Reform Premium, a paid auto-renewing subscription. Monthly: $12.99/month. Annual: $49.99/year. A 7-day free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers; if not cancelled before the trial ends, your Apple Account will be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Manage Subscription.

### 5/5 — It actually works.

*2026-09-28*

I’ve tried a few apps like this before, but I always ended up deleting them because they either felt too complicated or didn’t really help when I actually needed them.

Reform is different. It’s simple, easy to use, and the tools actually make me stop and think before falling back into the same habits. I especially like that it focuses on removing access instead of just relying on willpower.

It’s still early, but so far this is the first app I’ve used that feels like something I could actually stick with. Definitely worth trying if you’ve struggled with quitting before.
