Thanks!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Great app - doesn’t work after update *2021-11-14* After update the app opens to and remains on a white screen with a blue R. ### 1/5 — Not reformed at all. *2021-01-11* I was excited to download a “reformed” app for my phone but was disappointed upon discovering it is the 1689 version which is a Baptist denominational twist of the biblical and historical presbyterial reformed church confessions. This app is not for anyone who is well studied in Kirk history or attends one of the very few that still hold to unadulterated biblical standards and confessions. I appreciate the effort one took in writing script for the app but the content is not for anyone who is serious about theology. Unfortunately there’s an abundance of Baptist theology resources out there that are deviations from biblical truth. Be a Berean! Checkout reformed.org or even better Covenanter.org for solid biblical resources. ### 2/5 — Not working *2020-04-05* Hopefully they update this soon. I can’t get the app to work on my iPhone XR **Developer response:** I just recently came back to working on this app, after lots of life transitions (new job, new baby, etc.). Hopefully I'll be able to stay on top of comments like these in the App Store! (I just found out I can see and respond to reviews from here =P) I've recently updated the app completely. Can you try updating your app, or deleting/re-installing it? Let me know if it still doesn't work! ### 4/5 — Some suggestions *2020-08-15* Love the app, it is really the only app out there with the capability for quizzing the catechisms! Some suggestions to help improve the app: 1. Rotating the iPad or iPhone doesn’t seem to have any effect, it remains in vertical position. 2. There seems to be a bit of a lag when typing, words appear much slower than what is actually typed. Hope this helps the app improve! ### 4/5 — Great! *2020-07-02* The app is MUCH improved! The only thing I’d love to see is the ability to just “browse” the catechisms by question title (like the confessions) and read them, rather than having to “arrow” thru them. **Developer response:** Hello! If you are learning the catechisms (seminary students), then this app will go a long way in helping you. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I wish there was table of contents to more easily choose the catechism you would like to start. Please add this!! **Developer response:** Hello! I've recently updated the app completely! On the catechisms and confessions pages, there's a button at the top to easily select the catechism/confession you'd like to view. Let me know if you were thinking of something else. In a future release, I'll look into saving the catechism/confession/question/chapter you are current on after you restart the app. ### 4/5 — Great resource, with one problem *2019-08-03* This is an excellent app, well put together with a good set of Reformed confessions and catechisms. I also like that the scripture references are shown in-app without taking you away from the paragraph or question you're studying. One issue is that, on my phone at least, it's not possible to see the text box on the catechism questions while I'm trying to type the answer. This makes it impossible to see if I've got any typographical errors, or indeed what I'm typing at all. I'd love to see this fixed so that I can use it to its full potential. Please everyone study the accurate and original Westminster Shorter Catechism and steer clear of the London copy/distortion. So glad to have a tool to teach/learn the basics of our faith!!! Can’t be happier with downloading it. ### 5/5 — Need app support *2020-06-26* I clicked on “App Support” but it took me to your privacy policy; searched there and found nothing. My problem is that I just downloaded the app, which looks really good, but it will not open on my iPad, even though the App Store info on this says it will work on my iPad. I do have the most recent update for this iPad. I clicked on the app to open it; it goes to the splash screen and then abruptly closes. It did this 4-5 times. I re-booted the iPad and it still does the same thing. I also deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Did not work. I’d love to be able to use this app esp. for the 1689. Can you help? Thanks! It is the best. Clean interface. Good looks and such rich powerful truths about our God of Israel, the Holy Spirit, and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
