A few days later I was locked out of the app and I cannot login through the app. I can login to the member portal on the website, but not the app ### 2/5 — Very frustrating *2026-04-23* Downloaded and tried to use it on IOS, doesn’t seem to like gmail address, codes expire in seconds, almost impossible to use ### 2/5 — Won’t even let me login *2026-04-20, version 2.1.0* Tried using my normal email address asked for a code then said it was invalid, tried again and would just give me repeated errors. So tried again using a different email address, same issue and now I have run out of email addresses. Really frustrating as I wanted to use this app, but guess I can’t. ### 2/5 — Can’t see membership details *2025-10-28* I can’t see my membership number anywhere on the app which is very annoying because I want to go to an event which needs that number. This I presume is a mistake. Please email all people who were members before the release of the app, when this has been corrected. The code sent doesn’t work. Says expired ? I’ve not managed to get access so have given up ### 1/5 — Frustrating app and frustrating party *2026-04-22, version 2.1.0* Can’t try collecting code again this app is either made from extreme incompetence made, or either for affluent members only. Because from the App Store am stuck with the ‘open’ button. This reform app is very purposefully designed not to work for ordinary mbrs, maybe it’ll work if you pay for a new mbrship although I wouldn’t chance it. Maybe it’ll work if you get patron membership over £1000 quid. In short I think they don’t want paupers like me to volunteer, am even locked out of the ‘what’s app’ Reform community app. And from what I’ve found there’s no contact numbers. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-04-22, version 2.1.0* Unable to log in code didn’t work and now won’t allow another code to be sent ### 1/5 — Not working! *2026-01-27, version 2.0.12* As a member I have tried to get into the app several times but the email with the 4 digit code is not being sent to my email address, even though I have tried several times. There is no facility for contacting them to ask why! No help section, no contact us section on this or the ‘new’ website. ### 1/5 — No Access, No Code *2025-10-12, version 1.6.4* I cannot access the app as the code, which it advises has been sent to my email, has not arrived. ### 1/5 — Basic functions don’t work *2025-10-11* I needed to find out what my membership number was for a event I was attending and was shocked that i couldn’t find this most basic information in the membership section. Even my donations are not listed. Nor things like when I joined or when it will be renewed. THIS is basic stuff! (Still have not received my membership card!) So what is the point of this app when it can’t even list the most basic of information? ### 1/5 — Help *2025-09-11* Can't sign in Having downloaded and deleted multiple times I'm still unable to sign in to the app. I input my email address that was used to join the party and the only thing that happens is a request to join the party at a £25 cost. There is no way around this as it won't let me go further and I don't really want to pay twice. What happened? Why can't I sign in? My husband had no issues. 🥺🥺 ### 1/5 — Excluded Party Members *2025-09-11* No idea if this app is any good. It’s clearly aimed at recruiting new members, as you have to pay party membership fee to gain access. As an existing party member, there is no way to log in. ### 1/5 — Not good for existing members *2025-09-08* This app suffers from the same problem as the branch websites. Existing members can”t login without having to pay for a new subscription. I loved all the things he said about the bad people, which obviously aren’t him, and I’m so glad he’s stopping us rich people from paying taxes. Me and Nigel are very similar in that we only like things which are good for ourselves. I hope he gives us 1% no taxes, that would be great. ### 5/5 — Live membership tally and videos *2026-05-07* Love the app really Enjoy catching up with the podcasts posted and the videos of live events around the country. All in one place. Loved watching the live membership tally.
