## What is ReformLog?

ReformLog is a private journal for Reformer Pilates. Capture duration, studio, trainer, spring settings, movements, effort and notes while details are fresh. Build a weekly rhythm with goals, calendar and trends; add optional private photos; export PDF, CSV or JSON; and save completed Pilates workouts to Apple Health when you choose. No account, backend, ads or analytics. Entries and selected photos stay on your device unless you export them. ReformLog is a journal—not a program, exercise library, video coach, form-analysis or rehabilitation tool, and not medical advice. Free includes ten sessions; Pro adds unlimited history, photos, trends and exports.
