It doesn't acknowledge Regardless of what I give and always ends up showing that the garage is open. At least the pervious version - ehomelife used to work, this migration has just made it worse. ### 3/5 — The idea of this device is really good *2026-06-28, version 1.16.1* However, it’s been losing features over the time, like you have to be connected to the WiFi or your house to open the garage, and I cannot make the button of CarPlay work anymore. ### 4/5 — Insight of home *2026-06-27, version 1.16.1* Device works well a little confusing with how the channels are setup at first but the software allows you to change the channels that the device has pre-named. Wish they could make a graph of usage. Currently they only allow you to view each circuit by numerical values. Unless you click on the individual channel. Then you can see a graph. The software allows you to rename each channel and slide them up or down to your preferred location, allowing you to monitor the circuits that use more electricity. Setup is simple to accomplish short of the line side of power coming in, as you must connect the cts around the power line entering the house, of course. Software is rather good hardware is industrial. You must be able to connect the monitor to 2 spare circuits for reference. ### 2/5 — Confusing interface *2026-03-15, version 1.15.3* Cool product but the app interface is a very confusing. Why not add the ability to make custom names. Are we suppose to memorize the letters that correspond to different parts on the breaker? NMAP shows no listening ports on the device even with latest firmware. The HA integration assistant relies on auto discovery that kept failing. There is no way to manually override with IP details. Debug logging is also not easy. ### 4/5 — Works, but could use S/W updates *2025-11-27, version 1.15.1* It works, but ALL of the CTs are backwards; either the labels are wrong, the wiring is wrong, or the software is wrong (I am an electrical engineer). Still, it is an easy fix to set Current Factor to -1. I had done nothing else with my email for weeks previous to this. Cuando tengo la puerta cerrada en el historial marca que la puerta se cerró abres la app y aparece la puerta abierta y le das empieza a hacer que se está cerrando y como no puede cerrar la puerta da fallo y encima no se pone cerrada para que pueda abrirla le e escrito varias veces y lo único que hacen es decir que lo sienten y que revises las conexiones a internet y que haya luz etc… Esta gente no piensan que antes de escribir revisamos eso de porque no funciona Fatal todo cada día más descontento ### 1/5 — “Your Refoss app is out of date…” *2024-11-18, version 1.9.0* “Your Refoss app is out of date. Please update it to implement this feature.” This dialog appears and there’s no update to “implement”. This app has always been so buggy, and it makes me wonder what sort of. Stuff it’s secretly doing in the background? My trust level is on a spiral down. My IT friend is coming over to run a few diagnostics on my network to see if there are some spying going on. Two of my garage door openers have standard wall switch buttons so installation was easy. The other two were LiftMaster with the yellow learn button so it’s a slightly different installation. I contacted the company after discovering this and they immediately responded and sent me the accessories (wireless remotes) to make it work. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the level of service I received.
