It auto-compensates for fermentation and seems pretty accurate when compared to the others. I like how all the relevant results show up at the top, no scrolling down or re-entering info to get more. This is the one I'll be using from now on. ### 5/5 — Easy *2016-12-24* Super simple app for finding out what your true fg/abv is when alcohol is present. Great job! ### 5/5 — Excellent companion *2015-10-25* Having used my reflectometer for the first time today, Relecto made it really simple to understand what it was telling me. I had bought a reflectometer at a home brewing convention last year and hadn’t had time to brew since then, I had forgotten what the vender had told me, so it was nice to find an app to help me out. The information is useful appears accurate when compared my my hydrometer readings. The best thing is how cleanly the information is presented, I’m hoping to make use of it as the fermentation progresses. Not only is it a great utility app, it has been created with iOS in mind and blends in superbly. An excellent example of simplicity and functionality that Apple would be proud of. ### 5/5 — Exactly what I need *2015-09-04* After using this app, I'm going to put my hydrometer on a dusty shelf. This app and your refractometer will take your brew from original gravity to complete fermentation. All you need to do is record the Brix OG, then check a refractometer reading at appropriate points in the process. The app will give you SG and ABV. Good in the real world ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2018-01-13, version 1.4.0* iOS 10.2, iPhone 5 does not work. I can enter OG but entering current gravity does not cause any calculations to be done. All fields other than OG just show a line. Ie "-". ### 1/5 — Only goes to 32 brix *2018-01-01* Starting OG cannot be more than 32 brix. Everything I make starts higher than that. Except that it’s great. ### 4/5 — Well made and *_TINY_* *2019-03-14* At 569 Kbytes, this is a purpose built tool for brewers of all stripes. It also supports multiple algorithms for conversion and the scale values are persistent from one execution to the next (which is GREAT if you are tracking a fermentation). Simple to use and easy to calibrate if you have both a Hydrometer and a Refractometer to plug in the correction factor. The dual theme GUI (light and dark) is a plus as well. Doing a lot of online searching for information, it's really handy to convert the various measurement scales you run across. It is very close to my hydrometer & use a lot less brew to get your ABV. I’m surprised at how well it has compared.
