## What is Reframe?

You don't need another app that just locks you out. You need a reason to stop.

Reframe sits in front of the apps that pull you in — Instagram, TikTok, X, whatever you choose. When you open one, it doesn't shame you. It asks you to take the negative thought driving the urge and turn it into something truer and kinder. Reframe it, and the app unlocks for a while. Then it locks again.

It's a tiny pause with an outsized effect: over time you scroll less, and you get better at catching the thoughts that send you reaching for your phone.
