## What is RefScale?

RefScale helps you measure real-world dimensions from a photo.

Place a known object in the image, such as a credit card, phone, or custom reference size, then draw measurement lines to estimate width, height, and distance. RefScale is useful for checking package sizes, furniture fit, desk items, home objects, and other everyday measurements.

Measurements are approximate and depend on camera angle, perspective, reference placement, image quality, and marker placement. For best results, keep the reference object and measured object on the same plane and take photos as straight-on as possible.
