EACH CLIENT, IN DEPTH
Tap any client for the full picture — weight and feeling trends, weekly check-in answers, body measurements, progress photos, and your entire message history. Everything they log appears here in real time.

STAY IN THE CONVERSATION
Message clients directly — text, photos, and voice notes. Post to your community feed and keep the room engaged. Notifications keep you responsive without keeping you tethered; set quiet hours and the app respects them.
