## What is ReFuel?

ReFuel — Fuel Smarter. Race Further.

Fueling isn't a background task. It's a variable, shaped by your gut capacity, the environment, and how much training load you're carrying. Get it wrong and you bonk, cramp, or blow up your stomach mid-race. ReFuel turns your body's physiology into a simple, real-time fueling plan so that doesn't happen.

Built for athletes going long:

Ultra-runners managing gut distress
Skimo athletes battling altitude
Triathletes navigating discipline transitions
Fastpackers dialing in pack weight

What makes ReFuel different:

Smart fueling guidance — Personalized fueling and hydration targets based on your metabolic profile, your effort, and your sport.

Metabolic insights — See how your body shifts between burning fat and carbs at different intensities, so you can train and fuel with purpose.

Built for the long haul — Made for efforts over an hour: ultra-marathons, long rides, triathlons, ski touring, multi-day hikes.

Works with what you've got — Best with Apple Watch. No watch? Connect any ANT+ or Bluetooth power meter or heart rate strap. More integrations coming.

Your data stays your — No account, no server, no data collection. Your workouts, fuel plans, and metabolic data are stored locally on your phone — never uploaded to a server. If you enable iCloud sync, it's backed up privately to your own account, not ours.

Try it free for 7 days. After that, continue with a simple monthly or annual subscription.

Stop guessing when to eat. Start racing with a plan.

You can subscribe and pay on the App Store, using your Apple ID. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
