## What is Refuel × HPF?

Refuel is where your coaching lives.

If you're here, your coach invited you. This is the daily home of the work you're doing together — not another tracker to configure, but a considered space built around your program.

EVERY DAY
Log your weigh-in in about five seconds: weight, how you're feeling, a note if you want one. Read the day's lesson. Check off the actions your coach set for you — water, steps, and more.

EVERY SUNDAY
Complete your weekly check-in, log your measurements, and take progress photos with an in-app camera that guides your posing, so week-over-week actually lines up.

ALWAYS ON
Message your coach directly — text, photos, and voice notes, in real time. Watch your trends in the Data tab: weight, feeling, water, measurements, and more, across seven days, thirty, ninety, or the whole journey. Compare progress photos side by side.

APPLE HEALTH
Connect Apple Health and your weight syncs on its own, so you can skip the manual entry. Refuel reads your data — it never writes to Health.

ALONG THE WAY
A quiet community feed to share the road with other clients. Streaks and badges that mark real milestones — earned, never gamified.

Refuel is invite-only. Accounts are created by your coach; there is no public sign-up. Your progress photos, check-ins, and messages stay private to you and your coach.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-07-27

Team Refuel gets a new home. The community now opens with your gym's banner and a pinned note from your coach, plus search, full-screen photos, and a cleaner feed built for conversation. Event invites add to your calendar in one tap.

The Today screen keeps score in real time. Challenge points land the moment you check something off, and steps now earn points of their own.

Also in this release: a redesigned sign-in screen and a round of refinements throughout.

Reliability fixes: smoother account setup and password creation, more dependable weigh-in logging, and improved Apple Health syncing.
