I like the novena reminders- I actually remember to pray them the whole nine days! The beauty of the Douay-Rheims translation has been striking, even while it takes some getting used to. My main problem with prayers on other popular apps, is that I have to listen to someone else say them and follow along. The rosary feature on Refugia allows me to even say a rosary myself when I don’t have my rosary with me. I also love that prayers can be transcribed in Latin, as that is my husband’s preference. Additionally, the Douay-Rheims version of the Bible in the app and the Catechism of the Council of Trent, make this app worth downloading on its own.
