That is not what I signed up for when I downloaded “Refundid”. ### 1/5 — Awful delete account experience *2026-03-15, version 2.6.0* Horrendous ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2026-02-02* WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I bought an item on express shipping they gave me standard shipping instead, I myself paid the return when the actual store does it for free, it was a difficult process in general, they are of no help when needed, you cannot contact them by phone or by online chat only by email which I’ve been waiting for days now for a response. You can’t cancel once lodged either. I will never use again. ### 1/5 — Proud Poppy *2026-01-05* Purchased a dress from proud Poppy on the 18th of December the dress didn’t fit so I returned the dress got an instant refund. This dress has been waiting at the collection centre for proud Poppy to pick up since the 30th of December. Now Refundid have taken the dress amount back out of my bank account despite me sending them emails to let them know I had returned it. Not good enough by proud Poppy and Refundid. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE - not truthful they charge more than advised- daylight robbery *2025-12-15* After a refunded return was declined by the merchant in error (another issue in itself which we are sorting out), not only did Refundid not refund the full amount however when they took back the refund, they did so prior to advising and they did not take back the money as per their advice in the email after the fact. They stated a $1 charge was made however they in fact charged $10. After multiple emails and complaint over the course of 7 business days with no response I am now writing this online. Don’t go through them, you’re best to wait the extra days ### 1/5 — Witchery refund *2025-12-14* Really difficult to get your refund as yet still have not received my refund when Aust post sent notification of return delivered and still no refund I will be putting my review up on Facebook no one should use this app ### 1/5 — Dishonest app, do not use it! *2025-12-11, version 2.5.0* This app sucks, sorry for the language but they are dishonest and please be careful when doing your return with them. Customer service, never heard back from them as I wanted to cancel a return. Unable to contact them via phone or even via live messaging. Do not use Refundid! The item to be refunded was not correct price to start with on this app so my refund has cost me money. ### 1/5 — A palava *2025-09-11, version 2.4.0* Barcode via app didn’t work at the post office. Took forever to sign into app after downloading and then having to authenticate separately for each phone, email and then create a password. Fort knox eat your heart out OMG then of course the barcode in the damn app wouldn’t work for the post office staff grrrr. Lucky I recalled having asked for a copy via email and being a smaller image format, that worked…… Absolutely detest having an app for every single little thong these days. ### 1/5 — Not well built *2025-08-26* Tried to refund an item from an online store. Your app asks for a password and if I move off this app to grab the password from another app on my phone (cause who remembers all their passwords nowadays), I lose progress and it errors out the refund process. I’d have to email the online store to get them to fix it so I can start the whole process again. ### 1/5 — Could not even create account *2025-08-06* I downloaded this app to track my refund…and as I created an account to do so, I got stuck at the mandatory phone number verification. I couldn’t submit because it only allowed for Australian numbers, and I am US. There was a drop down box to select country, but it literally only had Australia, and no way past this point. Very frustrating. They should say it’s only for one country, and frustrating the vendor apparently only uses this for tracking refunds. ### 1/5 — Where is my return label? *2025-06-20* Your process is ridiculous, you have to search to try and access the return label and I know it’s intentionally done to not make it easy for customers to return items. ### 1/5 — 50 steps that lead to nowhere *2025-05-25* I was promoted to download the app so that I could access my refund barcode (for showing at the post office for them to print the label). Followed all the steps to set up the refund if account, opened the app, no barcode. I then tried via the merchant confirmation email. Still nothing. Let’s hope Refundid reply to my email soon. I will never use this service again. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-06-09* Makes it impossible to download your return label. ### 1/5 — Endless Safari Chrome loop *2026-06-08* Sent me on a - Can’t open in Safari, so Open in Chrome loop. Once logged in, it would immediately log me out and start the loop again. Never got my return label barcode. ### 1/5 — Such a scam! *2026-05-30* Doesn’t work. Forced to download app to view bar code for a return and would actually show me bar code. Printed label instead and went back to delete my account on the app and can’t do that either. ### 1/5 — Exchange Request LOST *2026-05-18* Initiated an exchange request with Adore Beauty with the system failing at finally step of printing returns label. Now system says exchange initiated on AB side but cant find any record in Refundid nor have I received promised email to reprint label. At least with iconic return system you can always find the return details in their system. ### 1/5 — AWFUL *2026-05-12* Don’t get this app ### 1/5 — Refundid is horrible. *2026-05-10* I never received a confirmation email that my exchange was stuck and was not being processed. I contacted refundid and they replied with “we’ll get back to you.” Never heard back. It’s been 2 weeks. I had to reach out to the actual store who let me know this happens VERY often. Again, refundid is HORRIBLE and such an unessesary thing/app/ option … whatever refundid aims to do.
