Dear company owner “This is not my problem you should calculate at the beginning “and tell me the full amount , is not professional to change the price on my way to airport. I will never ever book again with your company. ### 1/5 — Very poor service *2024-12-24, version 34.6.15* Ordered a car for Heathrow. Taxi arrived over 1hr and 20 minutes late. Had we known the delay would be this we’d have cancelled and jumped on a tube. We’d have been home faster! Head office clearly sent a car AFTER we called them to say nobody was waiting for us. The company had confirmed via sms a taxi would be waiting for us but i suspect this was automated.
