one day i went on the app and it says out of date i thought it was normal so i updated it and it says out of date again i have been updating it for weeks now it needs to be fixed.

Surprised that in 2026 there’s still an option for standard theater THEN RPX digital w/ surround. You would think RPX would be the standard in this day and age. Like double the money to see a movie.

Don’t use this company. The only saving grace is their venues. Everything else sucks in equal measure. Customer service is beyond terrible. Ask a simple question like “hey do I have to refund my tickets to reschedule my movie time?” They’ll refund half of your order forcing you to do it yourself and proceed not to answer the simple question. Do you want convention service like a human who can answer your questions? 

Good luck. 

God awful. Don’t waste your money here. Worst mistake I made trying to book a few tickets for my employees.

I’ve been unable to use my rewards for over a year because the app tells me it’s out of date!!!! It’s updated to the newest version. very annoying >:(

You pay for an unlimited service you expect it to live up to its name.  I wanted to see two movies back to back but was told I had to wait 90 minutes before seeing a 2nd movie. Seems like shooting yourself in the foot when every other monthly subscription is truly “unlimited”. I see why movie theaters are dying. Unnecessary and arbitrary rules designed to inconvenience and frustrate the customers for no reason.
