RegattaBoard is an app created by sailors and designed to help eliminate the stresses of finding people to sail with on short notice.  We have created a system called Short Notice Notifications (SNN for short) which allows boat owners to send a notification to all nearby crews that they need someone to sail. I had an immediate need for this coming weekend, so i made a boat and tried to request crew. Unfortunately it said i posted a notification but none appeared.
