This app used to be easy for staff and residents and now it’s a literal nightmare to use. Roll it back.

Im a software engineer, I understand making software for casual users can be difficult. But objectively this recent update is one of the WORST design changes I have ever seen. The app has literally lost functionality and the front end is now a COMPLETE DISASTER. Just roll it back… for the love of god please.

This app literally makes me delete it every time I want to log in. Then it acts like I don’t have an account for a few minutes before it finally works. On the bright side, it’s very easy to navigate once you get into it.

This app WAS amazing. I showed it off to friends and family often. You would have gotten 5 starts!… but since the security update I’ve used it maybe once this past month. It’s frustrating. A verification code and a log in?? A bit overkill for an apartment complex. Maybe a box to check asking to remember my device? Or even enabling Face ID to bypass it? I’m just disappointed.

Not sure where to report this so I’ll do it here and leave 5 stars. The app is great and intuitive to use, etc. But there is a bug I noticed when making reservations. I specify 5pm-7pm but the app doesn’t respect my “PM”s. Instead it switches to 5AM-7AM and that is reflected on the calendar. It’s great I have a reservation, but I won’t be up that early :( Update: I found another bug...when making a reservation, the dates and times become invisible when my iPhone is set to dark mode. Update 2: these bugs are still persisting. I cannot make reservations on my iPhone 11 running iOS 14.1 Reservations still don’t work! They work on my girlfriends phone but not in mine. I can’t see any other booked times and whenever I request a time in the PM it schedules a block 12 hours earlier than I wanted

Update 3: the reservations still don’t work. The design is new but it just hangs on the schedule screen and then errors out. And it’s so slow. Like if it doesn’t hang on one screen, it’s blunt to hang on the next
