Error keeps popping up when I log in, but I’m able to log in through the website. ### 2/5 — Not the best *2024-06-26* App didn’t let me log into my account. Keeps saying error. I know I’m not inputting my information wrong because I was able to log in through the website. I bought tickets & didn’t receive an email confirmation. Only reason why I downloaded the app was b/c I think there website was crashing and not letting me purchase tickets ### 2/5 — Invasive App *2024-05-09* Started to download and was reading the TOS. Saw this and dumped it. “For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Everything.” ### 3/5 — Auto fill *2021-06-06* Auto fill didn’t work on your app when attempting to pay for tickets. ### 2/5 — Not friendly at all *2019-12-31* If you aren’t going to keep our payment info on file, at least build the app so I can use the auto fill and key chain functions. It takes forever to purchase tickets. Almost worth the service fee to just do it all through Fandango. Would be rated 5-stars if it allowed users to enter their Regency Rewards number to get loyalty program credit. ### 2/5 — Crashes when searching for a location *2014-12-26* I love that it shows currents view playing in their theater, but the app has not been updated or cared for and crashes when searching for a location or says it cannot connect to the server. All I want to do is find out the times at a specific location. Last I checked I had one 8 miles from my house. The android version is much easier to navigate and does not glitch as much as the iOS version. With the android version you can collect points and receive free movie tickets but the iOS version lacks all those features from the other one. The developer needs to add this function as well ### 1/5 — Fix payment method!!! *2024-08-10* I’ve been struggling paying for tickets for my whole family because it keeps saying my card address is mismatched. I’ve tried multiple different cards as well and the same thing is stated. There is clearly an issue here on the app’s part. Regency always has the worst app out of all the movie theater apps. ### 1/5 — App does not Recognize My Account *2023-01-08* The app does not allow me to log in into my account. It says that the password is incorrect and will not allow a reset of the password. The Regency website, however, does recognize my account. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-07-07, version 5.10.0* I’ve been going to the regency by my house for years now. I’ve only been able to purchase tickets on here like 5 times. There is no auto fill so you have to have your card info every time. And I can no longer buy tickets. It gives me an error every single time no matter how many tickets I try to buy. The code error says “purchase rate limited”. Super inconvenient. ### 1/5 — FIX the issues. Quit put a band aid on it. *2019-04-24* Just downloaded the app. Why? I can’t choose a theater, buy tickets. Nothing. It won’t let me. Every time I try to, it closes. All I can do is check my point balance. I think I’ll stick to doing everything on the computer. “Last bug fix a month ago”? Sure about that? I had to choose at least one star. What a waste! ### 1/5 — No Bueno *2018-12-16* Sadly the App no longer works with IPhone 6 and newer up to X. It’s a shame no one has bothered to respond to requests to update the iOS compatibility or to respond to complaints in advance to update. Now we can longer view movies or select showtimes. The theatres will suffer a big loss in money as a result. Not even an email confirmation, accessing the app to locate purchases is non existent as far as I can tell. Got to our theatre no tickets the kid who had a bit of an attitude towards my hubby caught a bit from me I Was Not Pleased. I had to buy tickets again.
