A single number that sums up your wellbeing over time, built on the criteria of Regenera Clinic's clinical team rather than a population average. It compares you with yourself, not with anyone else.

WHAT SUITS YOU, AND WHAT DOESN'T
The app learns from your own records: how many hours you sleep after a drink, how your recovery responds to coffee, which days you move more. Your patterns, from your data.

YOUR FOOD
Log meals with their time, scan the barcode of a packaged product and see the quality of what you eat. With 200 recipes from the Regenera team.

CONNECT YOUR WATCH OR BAND
Reads steps, sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate from Apple Health — or connect your Polar directly. You can also enter everything by hand: nothing is required.

WITH PEOPLE BEHIND IT
The criteria are set by the clinical team at Regenera Clinic, led by Dr. Delia Vilà. When you write to the team, a person answers.

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
Premium unlocks Progress (how your day and your four terrains change over the weeks), Consult with the team, and the Emergency kit.

• Premium: €9.99 per month, auto-renewable subscription. In other countries the equivalent local price applies, and it is always shown in the app before you confirm.
• Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
